FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book tickets for a tour?
Know the spot you’re planning to visit? Choose ‘Book a Tour’ and select the location to see date availability. You can also check out availability based on dates using our Calendar. Follow the prompts to purchase your tickets. Be sure to choose your location, dates and times carefully! Tickets are non-transferable between dates and locations, and requests for cancellation/refund must be made 48-hours in advance of the tour.

2. How much are tickets for a tour?
Visits to all of our locations are the same price. For adults, tickets are $20 per person per tour and children under 12 are $11. This includes your gratuity, so it’s one easy price!

3. How long are the tours?
Tours are approximately one hour, although some of our locations offer one hour and a half tours. Tours require walking/standing throughout the duration of the tour.

4. What is Horse Country’s cancellation policy?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy which states that if you notify Horse Country 48 hours in advance that you would like to cancel your tickets, your tickets will be refunded in full. If your cancellation request is less than 48 hours from the tour time, your tickets will not be refunded. If we are able to fill your requested cancellation with a wait list entry, we will provide a refund.

5. Why can’t I purchase more tickets in the drop down list when trying to place an order?
The number in the drop down list is the remaining number of tickets available to purchase.

6. What does ‘Join Wait List’ mean?
When a tour is sold out, you have the option to join the wait list. In the event that there is a cancellation, you will be notified via email that a ticket has been released from the wait list with a link to purchase a ticket.

7. Can I show up to the tour without a ticket?
No. Every individual will have to show proof of purchase of a ticket for that tour date and time.
